Edwardsburg Branch

Description

The community of Edwardsburg first established library services in 1917 in the basement of the Presbyterian Church. Since opening, the library continued service due to support from the library board as well as local townships. In 1943, the library opted to join the Cass County Library System in order to expand the service area as well as the collection. The original building was remodeled in 1945 and transported to the center of town.

Today, the Edwardsburg Branch operates out of its modern facility located on a 5.48-acre wooded setting on US 12, just east of Section Street. As one of five branches in the Cass District Library system, it offers expanded collections, flexible study and meeting spaces, makerspace, and modern technology resources to serve the evolving needs of the Edwardsburg community.
