Howard Branch manager
Job Summary: Manage daily service and support operations for the Howard Branch of Cass District Library.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans, programs and services in keeping with policy and in conjunction with the Library Director, Marketing Coordinator, children’s service staff, and other branch managers.
- Develop policies and procedures with administrative team, provide clarification of policies and actively enforce policies.
- Assist library patrons with the library’s online catalog, databases, and computers.
- Answer basic information needs and provide reader’s advisory to library patrons
- Participate in collection development
- Actively manage physical collection using current data to weed, rotate, and replace materials under Library Director’s guidance.
