Mobile Health Clinic

The Cass Family Clinic Mobile Health Clinic will be at the Mason/Union Branch and Mason Township Hall parking lot every second Tuesday of the month between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

The Mobile Health Clinic offers flu shots, urgent care, primary care, patient education, blood pressure checks, health and wellness exams, sports and well child physicals, and other healthcare needs. Services are available to anyone in the community, not just Cass Family Clinic patients. Medicaid and most other insurance plans are accepted. For those without insurance, a sliding fee payment scale based on income and family/household size is available.
