Join us at Cass District Library for a fun-filled summer teeming with adventure from June 3rd-July 31st!

Log the minutes you read into your age group’s reading log. Pick up paper reading logs at any branch location on June 3rd or use ReadSquared to track your progress virtually.

Complete your reading log by July 31st and turn in to your home branch to receive a completion PRIZE and ONE TICKET into the grand prize drawing for your age group. Grand prize winners will be drawn and notified by August 6, 2024.

Each age group has different participation requirements, please select the age group below to learn how to begin your Summer Reading Adventure!

Early Literacy : Ages 0-5

Visit any branch to register and pick up your Early Literacy Reading Log on June 3rd!

How to Participate

1. Read 15-20 minutes with your child.

2. Record the days that you read 15-20 minutes on your reading log.

3. Turn the reading log in on or by July 31st to earn a FREE BOOK and ONE TICKET into the grand prize drawing for the Early Literacy age group, so be sure you turn in your reading log
Children: Ages 6-10

Visit any branch to register and pick up your Children’s Reading Log June 3rd!

How to Participate

1. Read 15-20 minutes with your child.

2. Record the days that you read 15-20 minutes on your reading log.

3. Turn the reading log in on or by July 31st to earn a FREE BOOK and ONE TICKET into the grand prize drawing for the Children’s age group, so make sure you turn in your reading log!
Teen: Ages 11-17

Visit any branch to register and pick up your Teen Reading Log June 3rd!

How to Participate

1. Read 15-20 minutes per day.

2. Record the days that you read 15-20 minutes on your reading log. Looking for more adventure? Complete and log side quests that are listed on paper reading logs.

3. Turn the reading log in on or by July 31st to earn a FREE BOOK and ONE TICKET into the grand prize drawing for the Teen age group, so make sure you turn in your reading log!
Adults: Ages 18+

Visit any branch to register and pick up your Adult Reading Log June 3rd!

How to Participate

1. Read 15-20 minutes per day.

2. Record the days that you read 15-20 minutes on your reading log. Looking for more adventure? Complete and log side quests that are listed on paper reading logs!

3. Turn the reading log in on or by July 31st to earn a FREE PRIZE and ONE TICKET into the grand prize drawing for the Adult age group, so make sure you turn in your reading log!

Log the minutes you read and earn badges as you reach milestones! Once you’ve reached your completion badge visit any branch to receive a PRIZE and ONE TICKET into the grand prize drawing for your age group.
