Yoga for Mindfulness
Explore the STEAM on the Go Kit: Yoga for Mindfulness at this fun family night! Participants will enjoy learning some of the mindful moment techniques featured in the book Breathe Like a Bear by Kira Willey. The group will also play some fun yoga games using a yoga spinner and dice. This STEAM kit was designed with kids in mind to help them feel calm and focused anytime, anywhere, but chances are adults will love the exercises as well. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel for each person. This program is free and open to the public. Registration is required. Registration deadline is Monday, February 27 at 5:00pm.
